A Cookery Class with Mrs. O’Brien’s 1st Class!

How to make delicious buns:

You will need :  3oz butter, 3 oz sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract and 6 oz flour.

This is what we did:

1. Mix the butter and the sugar together.

2. Add the eggs to the mixture.

3. Mix the eggs in with the sugar and butter.

4. Place your bun cases in your tray.

5. Weigh your flour.

 6. Sieve the flour into the mixture.  

7. Mix again.

8. Scoop the mixture into the bun cases.

9. Place the bun tray in the oven.

10. Enjoy!!
